You should have seen Ray Lewis during the postgame. Going off on Dbs, how do they let Cobb get the ball and get almost into the endzone without somebody getting their hands on him. Make the officials make the call, if they throw the flag for illegal contact fine but get up and play defense.

I'd love for the Pack to hire him as a defensive coach.

I was down 6 with Lacy left to play. Thankfully he pulled it out and barely got me 8. Was definitely scared of him not playing at all. Only undefeated team in my league too.

We had a guy come from 73 points down because all his players were on Green Bay.

Honestly though, I think a lot of people would rather see it go back to the way it was. Heard that this is the most penalties per game over the first 3 weeks in nfl history.

These games are getting unwatchable outside of the first few minutes, and last few minutes. I got so bored last night, that when kc scored the td at the end of the 3rd, and they said, "let's see what they can do in the 4th." I thought there were like 5 minutes left in the game, not a whole quarter. The penalties, commercials, etc makes the game last forever...

Uh, no. He hammered him, then pulled his hands back like, "who me, I didn't do anything wrong."

I have not counted commercials but are the national games like Sunday night football and Monday night football worse that regular games? Commercial time outs don't bother me as much when I watch at home vs when I am at the stadium.

The penalties are making watching the NFL painful. These are supposed to be the best players in the world, you think they could play a clean game. Plus the officials need to calm it down a little bit on how often they are chucking that flag. They are killing the flow of the game.

Fantasy Football aside, I much prefer to see a good defensive game with a low score as I played defense. When I'm watching a game I'll be calling out what the offense is going to do and I tell my wife that the defense doesn't see this coming, and whatya know, they run the play I saw and she just looks at me as if I am psychic. I have the smarts for football but not the athletic ability or size, but I still wish I would have continued playing football. I think if I had to do it over again I would be a football coach.

Spear, the league wants scoring, it is a passing league. The NFL is becoming NBA like in that you see the level of defense go way up in the playoffs vs the regular season. Scoring drives fantasy, fantasy football with fan dual is becoming bigger than actually wagering on the game itself. The NFL knows how to maximize revenue and is will to adapt the game to serve it's needs, that is why they have a single powerful commissioner. Roger is all powerful but the owners can pull the plug on him at any time.

Scoring is also the reason why soccer will never be bigger than the current big 3 sports. Just like hockey south of the mason dixon soccer is not going to be watched by people who only have a casual understanding of the game when the score after 90 minutes is 2-1 because it is boring and it sucks.

Many major league baseball games often finish with that score and they take twice as long. They also have a lot of time where they are doing nothing more than standing around grabbing themselves and spitting. I would rather watch soccer any day and I coached baseball for 12 years. But, I understand soccer. I only wish I could find a team that would sell me some stock.

Living in Iowa, you have no professional teams to go watch without leaving the state. I could see where it would be possible to be a soccer fan, nothing else to watch.;)

Soccer & Hockey are tied with Basketball.

Football, Baseball & Auto Racing are the big 3.

This from a Minnesota guy that is the number one fan of a team from Wisconsin.

Living in Iowa allows me to kill big bucks while you wear foam cheese on your head. But, if you can't be an athlete.....you can at least be an athletic supporter. :p

Revenue wise I would guess the ridiculously overpriced, overhyped basketball does better than Auto Racing....no clue though just me own head full of thoughts.
