I'm stoked to have you on my team over at HNI and could care less what you shoot this year or last year. If you get bored and can make it to Illinois let me know:d

    BM,

If we didn't like you we wouldn't even mention you! I was just taking a friendly jab! Sorry if you took it the wrong way, it was not meant like that! A buck like you killed last year better not come by me!

Well guys, maybe its just the 12 days of work in a row and the fact that I ended up working 14 hours today, it just got to me.

Actually Rob, its the exact opposite. I am entirely happy with my decision to shoot that buck, as a matter of fact, his skull mount is sitting on the top of my computer stand as I am typing this. What I do get upset with is having to try to justify it to others on the boards. That was one of the smallest bucks I have ever shot, but it was also the most enjoyable buck, even better than my first buck ever, as that really put a spark into my fiances urge to hunt. Hell, this year she tries dragging me out every free moment I have to scout or shoot bows. The only encounter she had ever had while hunting before me was a single doe that walked past her. Her sitting in a stand across the woods and watching the whole hunt, and seeing the look on her face after I arrowed the buck is a memory that I will cherish for the rest of my life. Anymore with the horn porn guys, it seems that isn't good enough
