They are chasing hard now so it can change in a flash.. Blind calling is a crap shoot for me, I had good luck with it last weekend but try to not touch your calls until u see something. Good luck I hope it turns around for you, there is still lots of season left for us bow hunters so that is a positive

There could be lots of other bowhunters on neighboring lands that are calling too much and have educated the deer by now. I would sit quiet and maybe only call when you see something that for sure isn't coming your way.

I've had a season go from the worst I've ever had to the best I've ever had in 30 seconds... The pre rut/rut can make magical things happen.

Keep putting the time in either way... You cant kill em from the couch :).

There's plenty of people in the same boat as you. Last resort try and pick up a new spot to hunt if you know someone that tagged out on his land

Sat all week and couldnt call one in or have one come by when i tried being quiet a whole day. so far its been one of those seasons. Ill keep you guys updated. Deer use to be all over this area and now cant seem to see one in day light or just does for that matter. What a frustrating season.

Things change rapidly in the deer world, one thing for sure you will never shoot a deer off your couch. Try a few sits no calling no scent no cell phone, see what happens

I hunt three acers of woods with 600 acers of corn that is not cut yet. Have a huge twelve point how is five this year. Never seen this deer in the daylight in four year. He was 45 yards just about end of shooting light. I let heim walk. Good thing indie the next day I saw a branch that I would have missed. Keep going into the stand and keep going.

Sat all day myself today and saw one very young doe. Season opener last year, me and my buddies had 4 dear down 20 minutes after sun-up. I've sat about 7 days so far this season and have seen 1 small buck, a spike, and the one doe today. I know how you feel but all you can do is keep on hunting. I find myself thinking about other things that I could be doing and realize how lucky I am to be doing what I want. Gotta take the bad with the good I guess. I know that Bigboy is gonna come out just any minute!

Where are you hunting? I'm in Muskego if you want some help. First off is there deer sign there? 2 do you know how they are using the property, I ask because if they are using it differently then you are thinking then the wind could be wrong.

I'm hunting that small part of land off 164 behind the new baseball diamonds (infinity field) im hunting off a trail with a small scrape and tons of tracks and fresh sign almost everytime I go out. No place to put a camera so I can't tell if it's during the night ( which it might) I can post a picture of where I've been siting and where the trails have been. Hard area to hunt.

This is a tough one, I would concentrate my efforts closer to the bigger wood lots. That corner by the baseball diamonds looks like a place I would take a close look at. With out seeing it in person it's hard to tell but that's what I would do and I wouldn't expect to see a ton of deer there in the daylight. If you have any other questions let me know. Good luck
