I have a honey hole where I am at and I also offer to help and take him some meat every year. I also get him a gift certificate to the local restaurant that most of the town uses. I sure hope to keep my spot for many years but I am sure one day I will be told sorry you are done. The farmer is old and wants to move out to Arizona to live by his daughters. Dont blame him a bit for wanting his family by him and his wife. Family is always first!

I give the landowner a bottle of tequila and a couple sticks of sausage of each deer I harvest. Everyone is happy.

A little hard work and a simple thank you goes a long way!! Sure beats paying to hunt.
