So the guy comes out with a 5 minute interview with ESPN and then the Golf Channel. And of course the media is all up in a total frenzy. Analyzing every expression and word. Most are unhappy with what Tiger gave them. Saying they feel left with too many unanswered questions. Wasn't good enough for them. Thought the interviewers should have been allowed more time or to ask more in depth questions. Are you kidding me? It's the guys personal life!!!! He doesn't owe Jay Marrioti or Woody Paige or Jim Rome or Mike Wilbon etc...... ANYTHING!!!! Let the dude just play golf and give up on his personal life. They expect he should disclose every minute of every hotel room of every text/phone call in his life? What a joke. Like to see if the shoe was on the other foot. So sick of the Tiger drama. Let the guy come back and play golf.

Tiger's comments are NOT to the general public.....OR to the interviewers. He's speaking DIRECTLY to his sponsors and potential sponsors.

He doesn't owe anyone anything. He's a businessman, though. Damage control.

    Hey now,

At least its distracting us from Brett Favre for a little bit, though i did see the fact that hes allowed "as much time as he needs" made the front page of ESPN.

yeah probably most of it, but still some to the general public. I think some of it was avoiding a little less chaos before the masters.

He's brought this frenzy on himself. When he finally gets back playing golf... and I don't mean a tournament once a month... it'll blow over. They're trying to fill air time. Some of these questions these people ask are so damn stupid. Half of them he'd probably love to say, "None of your damn business".

He should just say this..."look, I put my penis in many many women that were not my wife. I feel like crap." After saying that he should just stare at the media in silence.

It's as good as we're going to get from him.

Don't blame him, at all, either.

That's the problem with this country...We have nothing better to do then talk about sports figures, actors, politicians and they're actions. I could care less if they all dropped dead tomorrow. My life will go on without them. They don't care about the little guy so why should we care about them. This useless media we have keeps things like this going. Give me a break. I don't care how many of them commit suicide (more should), screw around on they're other half or pass on. I don't live my life based on they're actions.

That's a shoe that would never be on my foot or any other married man's for that matter. Sick society that we live in. He should be shunned, not given a minute of air time, and all sponsorships yanked. P.O.S. in my book, but in the sick world we live in the man is still worshiped and people just can't wait for him to get on the course so the can watch him play.

Let me rephrase. I should have said, " That is a shoe that would never be on my foot or should be on any other married mans foot."

No, he is not the only married man to cheat on his wife. Cheating is one thing that really turns my stomach. If you think it is ok and you continue to support him, then that is your business.

I don't condone Tiger's actions, but I really do believe he is taking the right steps to make things right. Everyone makes mistakes. He will get another chance, let's just see what he does with it.

As far as the interview goes, the question that killed me was, "What caused you to wreck the car that night?" He asked that as if Tiger was REALLY going to answer that. I believe he answered the questions he needed to and stayed away from the ones he didn't.

Like someone else said, let him get back to playing golf and it will all blow over with time.

Men and women cheat on their spouses at a much higher rate than most people realize. It is rampant in my area.

I think its rampant just about everywhere! What gets me are the people that think its okay to brag about it. If you're gonna cheat....keep it to yourself. I don't care to know whom or when they cheated.
