Giclees for sale

I have about fifty watercolor wildlife giclees (GEE-CLAYS) which are now up for sale! They are printed on 140 lb watercolor paper and are roughly 22"x 30" (when and if trimmed, they fit nicely into a 20" x 30" frame). The actual image size is 18"x 27" (give or take an inch). Each is signed by the artist . Although these prints where generated from digital media using a thermal inkjet printing process, when under glass it is difficult to distinguish these fine art pieces from actual watercolors. I am selling them for $80 USD each. 75% of the proceeds will be donated to the "get a hunter(s) to Colorado cause" (see the "I know it's early" sticky thread). Each print costs me about $25 to print. I would like to at least recover this cost. I will post five per day for the next ten days. I will ship the print to you free of charge....Keep in mind, giclees of this size and quality normally sell for over $125 unframed.

All pictures are very beautiful. If the company is Giclees canvas prints it in large format and apply a UV varnish, which makes the gallery wrap stretched. I agree with shorepainter should not expect to recover the costs of installation on a single print, but you have to figure that cost more than the total number you expect to sell in order to calculate your markup . My general recommendation for our customers giclee also try to establish the price Engraving 3-4 times the price.
