    I've been reading as much as I can on hunting and different bows. I'm talking to a coworker about buying his Mathews Q2. Aside from that, what should be first and foremost for me to buy?
    Santa needed a list.

    Is the Q2 setup and ready to shoot? You will want to be sure the bow is the correct draw length and poundage for you. Depending what the bow comes with will determine what else you may need/want.

    The bow is ready to go. I was wondering what should be the next thing on my radar. I assuming some clothes, but again, I'm not sure.

    You need to remember, it's not like a gun at all, you need to practice a lot it is a skill to properly shoot a compound bow. I would worry about setting the bow up properly to you than practice than maybe think about going hunting. Just my advice so that you do not wound a deer or multiple deer.
