Since when did having a few drinks with friends turn into a full body ache the next morning? WTF is happening to me? Is this what I have to look forward to? Old people, please tell me I'm just a vagina and it is not always like this.
I'm only 23 and I can already feel a huge difference. Can't drink like I did 3-4 years ago. Sent from my ADR6350 using Tapatalk 2
Wait until you get so old that you fall asleep with the beer in your hand before you can get drunk. And then you have to get up 20 times to piss during the night. You can't get drunk and you can't get a night's sleep. May as well drink apple juice
At 36, I'm laughing at you young 20 year olds complaining! Try being in your mid to late 30s after 16 years of military service and two deployments. I'm sure there are some vets here who have served longer than me and been in other conflicts that can attest to this, military service sure seems to make you older than you are! Hooker, I remember the first time that happened to me after a night of drinking with friends...waking up and trying to figure out when I started getting older and the morning being painful after a rip the night before! Ha!
Eh, I got into some heavy stuff from 18-21. Would prefer to not go back. I still drink occasional but quit all the other stuff Sent from my ADR6350 using Tapatalk 2
98 % of the time for my old arse ( 47 ) its just sippers and a slight feel good every now again. I dont miss the world turning put one foot on the ground while in bed attempt to make it stop days kind of drinkin Yeah thats what you have to look forward to!
I stopped any and all drinking during the week by the time I was 26. Even a couple of beers gave me less than desireable results the next day. Hard to believe in my early 20's I could down 18 beers, sleep for 2 hours and get up and go to work. This.
Yeah i more so enjoy with a meal or a couple here and there. Getting ready to hit the 3-0 and sleep is a must.
I'm 37 and can still drink like I did when I was 21. I just don't have a reason to now. The hangovers aren't so bad, its the screaming ****s that accompany a night of drinking that I try to avoid.
Hydration is the key. Now-a-days I drink a glass of water for every couple drinks and one right before I call it a night(sometimes that one is a gatorade with a tylenol). It makes a HUGE difference, try it next time. If I don't do this I am basically useless the next day. I was talking to my wife about this the other day and how I remember getting absolutely hammered, sleeping in a bit, eating some kind of greasy gut grenade food when I got up, and then doing it all over for days on end. If I tried that now.....cancel Christmas.
Just wait till the grey starts coming out now that you will be a dad. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
