Since I can't seem to find any good bucks to shoot, it's really making me miss shed season. February can't get here soon enough! Anyone found any during hunting season?

I managed to pick up 3 so far during hunting season! Feels good to get a jump on the season. Had my worst season ever last year, had back surgery and took awhile to recover. Of course it was during shed season![IMG][IMG]

I am getting lots of pics of broken off young bucks should be pieces of little antler laying around, with no snow here the squirrels are probably finding them.

Walked a 5 acre area with a buddy yesterday that hasn't been seen by people in 7 years. Really thick brush surrounded by CRP. Can't wait to check that area out this spring.

Well I couldn't take it and hit a new spot yesterday while it wasn't too thick to walk through. Came out with one so I guess I'll add it to the list of places to walk this spring.

Just walked a spot that i always see giants in but have only ever found 1 shed. Wanted to get some pics of 160+ deer from 15 feet. The deer in that spot are like pets they will let you feed them by hand.

I found one from last year a couple weeks ago and a fresh one yesterday in a cut corn field. It’s funny cause my dog ran right by the fresh one. I guess I better get him tuned up.

My goal is always 60 or so. Last year was a special year with some new properties to walk. This year I have one new One but a lot of bucks to follow.

I plan to start earlier this year in hopes to pick up more old sheds and scout for bucks before they drop. Also I need to get in shedding shape, I'm getting fat this winter and need to get my walking legs back! Haha
