Well after a big scare with him 3 weeks before season, I thought he was dead. I went to check a camera at noon one day and 100 yards from my truck I look up and hes 30 yards away looking at me. My gut sank as I lowered into the beans and he ran off.... He ran past my stand towards a privately secured property with a high fence and upon entering the woods I heard two gunshots right where he was!!! I took off on fast walk to where the shooting accured to capture video or picture on my phone but as I got there the pickup inside the fence was several hundred yards away and I couldnt see anything. Now for a month I convinced myself that they pop shot him and left him to die in the corn..... Until now! Hes back on camera and looks great! Actually all 3 of the bigger deer on this property are still alive and well! VIDEO
