Does anyone on this site do this or heard of it? I started it with my daughter this weekend and we are having a blast. What you do is get coordinates from a site and using a gps hunt for hidden items.

I don't, but considered it at one time. Looks to be a great way to get out and explore. If I had more time I would do it but, any spare time I might have for geocaching I use for archery or hunting.

Check this site out. You can get emails of the caches near you:

My wife does it and I go once in awhile. It's a great way to get out in the woods and my daughter likes the treasure hunts.

Use to do it with the last wife. She had some trinkets made with her cache name on them to put in the hide! The caches where we live are few and far between but they were not stuck in city parks so mugglers weren't a problem. We searched for a few down in Big Bend Natl Park...lots of area to place things and satalites don't even know where that part of the world is yet! It's a great thing to do with kids on extended trips.
