Gentlemen's Clubs

So what do think you of Gentlemen's Clubs? In a group that I hang out in there are two guys in the group that are always pushing for all of us to go to the strip club when we get together. One of those guys his wife would freak out if she knew he was going.

So what do you think? Do you enjoy strip clubs? Is it okay for a married guy to go to a strip club? Is it okay for a married guy to go to the strip club and not tell his wife? Are strip clubs dumb and a waste of money? Are strip clubs simply wrong?


Personally I'm okay with going once in a blue moon and they can be fun. Mostly because my wife does not care. But aside from that I never really got anything out if it other than it cost me a lot of money. I just get annoyed these guys ALWAYS want to drag our group to the strip club.

There are better ways I'd like to spend my money and better places our group could be going IMO.

Sounds like you got it Brad. Big waste of money that could be going to more positive things. Take your wife on a cruise and see how much action you get from her
Pick up a few books for you and your wife on intimacy and you'll find out there's a lot more to love making that you two may not be connecting with. My wife and I are closer now after 18 years of marriage than I ever dreamed possible and the thought of wasting time and money on another women is a joke to me.

Not to mention I have many nieces and friends daughters that are stripper age and it would make me feel like a real perv.

Last but not least, striving to live a more christ like life there is nothing to gain from strip clubs and everything to lose.

 

I've been to many over the years, even DJ'ed at one for awhile when I was younger. If your buddies want to go pay a cover charge to drink $10 beers, go to a sporting event. It's better entertainment and you won't go home covered in glitter and reeking of vanilla :D

 

Alot of people who go to clubs cant "hack it" in the bar setting...imo.

They can be fun. And i dont mind going. But if your trying to pick up woman...just go to the bar. Alot easier.

One of the local clubs in my area has 3 dancers that rode the school bus with me. They werent afraid to take their clothes off then either...for free lol

Sounds like they forgot to grow up. Strip clubs are for college age kids that dont have anything better to do with their life. Time to move on. Do these same guys spend a lot of time talking about their highschool sports days? Safe bet that they do.

 

I don't think I've been to a strip club since college. The beer is too expensive. The music is awful. The old dudes creep me out. And generally, the chicks aren't worth the $20 cover charge.

 

They have there place in society. I haven't been to one in a couple of years but when I did you have to keep everything in perspective 1 they want your money 2 you really don't want to date a stripper. Just sit back and enjoy the show then go home and play with the wife or S.O.

 

No. The guys are fine other than this quirk.

Hey, I can't see myself going to a great restaurant, order a $40.00 Porterhouse, having it delivered to my table and just looking at it for a while. Same thing applies to a strip club, I just don't see the point. Now if the wife wanted to go with me, and it got her all charged up, well that would be different, but sit around with a bunch of dudes. No thanks.

 

Waste of time and money, just nasty imo. I have friend that's what he always wants to do when we are out of town. I refuse to go.

 

While it might be a waste of money, I don't think I've ever had a bad time in a strip club.

Well...I take that back. I did have a bad time once. But it is a rather long story. And come to think of it, it was after college. I believe it was the last time I was in a strip club. Let's just say it involved a stripper sex, stripper fights, a dry HJ from a fat chick, and some chick with a mohawk vomiting IHOP all over my truck.

 

My Pastor used to RUN strip clubs in Vagas Now the church he started is one of the 10th largest in the country.

No Donny. I don't have any axe body spray. Because I am not a ****ing ******bag.

 

I get all that at my regular bar for free and the drinks are $2.00

The chicks might be a bit larger but they're clean!
