Has anyone ever shot one of these little bows? Seen a video on them seems pretty cool but no matter where I look there isn't a price on them lol. would be perfect for box stand hunting in the rain. Looks like it would be a fun little toy to play with.
Ive never even seen one of those before! And I dont know if I would even use it, garanteed its expensive!
No thanks. Would not want a bow that only has a 25 inch draw length. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I don't see the attraction to those ultra short bows, but to each their own. This is another one I just don't get lol: https://www.chiricoarchery.com/
Didn't see that. Wonder why they rated the IBO at 25 and the guy in the picture clearly has the bow at a very short draw. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Ya idk why the did that. If I were them I'd be posting numbers at 32"! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Yeah it would be considerably faster. Not to mention it looks weird with he 5+ inch d loop and the peep 10 inches from his face Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
32" draw with a 10" loop maybe lol that looks awful. If i wanted something that small i'd shoot a Badass Slingshot and just hunt with that.
Idk why he would shoot like that when he could get much more speed set up correctly. It would be a fun bow to mess with but not as a primary bow. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
The price I heard was in the ballpark of $1400. The long d-loop is kind of weird. I would think it would make having a consistent anchor a little harder to maintain.
yea i wouldnt pay over $400 for something like this lol looks like a fun little toy to target shoot with but i'll spend my money on better things.
I use one of these for hunting and it's a great shooter plus easy to pack and stalk with. The reason the specs are at 25" draw is that the bow isn't adjustable at all-draw length or weight. Extending the d loop or release are the only options. Although they now make a t20 for 27" draw archers and I think a t22 for 29". The bow looks gimmicky but because I have a short draw length the bow works great for me. Shoots tighter groups than my destroyer 350
Yeah they've got a t24 that goes up to like a 29" draw I think and its got like an 350 IBO. I shot them at the Iowa Deer Classic and was very surprised at how well they shot, cool little bow
i went to a sportsman show and watched one of the salesman set it up for a guy to shoot. It was at 60lbs and the guy pulling it back looked like he was trying to pull back 80lbs. He couldn't hold it back and it kept creeping on him. He finally hit his release and shot an arrow as the bow was creeping forward. Shot it about 5' in front of his feet and arrow ricocheted down range. There was about 15 people watching and we all turned and walked away immediately lol.
Jefferson Archery in Maryland has just got them in when I was buying my Halon, I shot them and they were kinda cool. I think they have their place but I still bought my Halon as it was my first real bow (previous model was a really old bow someone gave me). I think the price for the T18 bare bow was $1300.00. To adapt the draw length then you needed a release to suit your draw length or use the oversize d-loop. With the 25" draw they were using really light arrows for the poundage and so they still had an OK IBO around 320ish I think but you lose a lot of KE/Momentum. Clem
My buddy is selling one on ebay for 600 setup the t18 model I've shot it its weird and not very accurate dew to the grip and very harsh draw cycle after 30 yards you can't group arrows it's so hard to be consistent with it after 30 it's so small and hard to find a correct anchor at longer distances it's all over the place I would not buy one it's more of a toy to have fun with in the yard I would never use one to kill a animal but my buddy got a deal on it he traded a Gamo air rifle for it that he paid 190 bucks for now he's selling the t18 for 600 so he kinda made out on the deal he didn't just go buy one but that's my input on the t18
Its accually not an extend d loop its thier release the make for it u want short draw because if u have an 18 inch bow but 28 inch arrows in ur quiver it makes no sense. The nieghbor of our family farm is acually the designer of thier bows and they hunt with that bow eclusively even thru gun season I have not personally shot the bow but my dad has along with thier crossbow (witch is 2.5lbs) and he says the are super nice bows just a little different shooting thru the riser America...Love it or Leave it
I've shot one. The one I shot was like a 30 or 32 in ata though. Very cool bow. They are left or right hand adjustable. Very smooth and unique bows. Like $1200 for one. Made in wi.
