Just finished testing these. They say they're a quick, easy & non permanent way to increase your arrow weight by as much as 300 grains--without changing your sight pins. Really? Check out my test.
I'd like to see how they fly with fixed blades. Adding that much tip weight to drive the arrow spine weak must have consequences.
There should be some sort of advisory board that you must go through when naming your business or products so we avoid things like "Bad Boys" or any variation of the word "Extreme".
if you're on the verge of being over-spined though, the 68gr ones would be interesting. They're not much wider than the OD of the regular shaft.
I wonder at what level of weak spine an arrow becomes dangerous to shoot? Imagine the person that knows little about arrow spine, or "spline" as they often call it, and has a setup from a shop that is just outside being weak. Not knocking them at all, just saying they exist. They have a bow setup purely for hunting advantages, they're not the bow "nerds" those of us are that truly love shooting bows. What happens when they throw that 300 grain sleeve onto an arrow that is already borderline weak? I'd imagine it'd take more than that to make the arrow fail, but I don't want to be the one to test it. Hope they carry good liability insurance.
