I can't see it going over $5. It's $3.41 here in Louisiana right now and it's already good "traveling" weather here. High of 86 degress for today. I'm thinking $4.30 will be the max average but I hope I'm wrong and it's lower than that.

If the prices go to $5 a gallon, it will feel like I'm getting raped every time I fill up. A college student that works 2 days a week during school, and gets 11 miles a gallon with a 34 gallon tank just doesn't equal out. Right now, I spend $100 a week on gas alone. I work all summer, then coast from fall to spring. I need a manual S-10 or something

Hmmmmmmmm... a college student that spends $100 a week on gas? Son... seriously... you need to spend more time in the books and less time on the road. That's insane.

If the U.S. started selling wheat, corn, and everything else for $500 dollars a bushel i bet the price of gas would hit whatever we wanted it to be in about a week.... The middleast wants to play games, i think we should start playing back. :)

I drive 10 miles to school 1 way, and I make 2 trips there per day. Then I drive 20 miles to go to work twice a week. It's 14 or so miles to shed hunt on my main place, and the rest is just random putting around. The only way I can afford it is living with my parents still
