Was just wondering if anyone on here has used the G5 T3 broadhead. I think I am going to go with that this year. Tell me your thoughts on the broadhead

not to get into the whole mechanical vs fixed debate as far as a mechanical head goes the t3 is not that bad. I picked these up to shoot this season and using the practice blades these really shoot very well. as far as what it does on impact to a deer, i can not comment on that yet.

I personally don't have any experience, but i've talked to a few people that do and they have nothing bad to say.

I tried them last year, depending on what style of hunting you're doing they may suit you. For spot and stalk hunting, there are much more problem free broadheads on the market. With the spider clip compression if bumped the blades easily open. I've changed, but will they kill, I'm sure they will, if shot placement is correct like any head out there.

There a pretty good broadhead, cut a good hole, fly pretty straight but like purebowhunting said they pop open easy when bumped and can be tough to lock back in.
