im using a NAP Quiktune 360 capture style rest and I love it. simple setup, hardly ever have an arrow fall off, and New Archery products company is very helpful when talking to them on the phone. (replacement parts, My fault) but its loud when drawin an arrow back. i was thinking of switchin to the G5 expert II for the simple fact it has a roller. Seems to me that this would be a very quiet rest.

Anyone elses opinions good or bad would be greatly appreciated........

The expert II is a good rest, probably not the best for hunting due to the fact it has no containment at all. I had one on my bow, still have it, it's just in my pile of other stuff I changed my mind about. And that " roller" is in fact not a roller, it is your windage adjustment. It doesn't spin at all when shooting. You loosen a set screw in the side and spin it to get your left right then lock it down. There are better rests out there for hunting, like the limbdrivers from vaportrail for example, or the qad line. Best of luck with whatever you buy.

Most definently agree. The Expert 2 is a nice rest, but with no containment. I would maybe try and put something on your NAP like the felt stuff that adhers. If not work, look into the vaportails, or QAD.
