Just want to let everyone know that In Da Woods and I did meet for lunch on Tuesday and had a ton to discuss regarding the G2G. We are planning to speak with Todd and Justin next week to finalize some stuff before posting it but it will be coming shortly. Hank or I will be posting an introduction post this weekend with some of the details for those of you that need to start making reservations and plans. Be sure to keep an eye out for that!

Thanks for getting this infront of everyone again Crik! We definetly have some plans in the work. In Da Kitchen and I have put together a plan for the day and we are working on making this an awsome event. So were having this GTG and a GTG in PA? The one in PA is a 2.5 hour drive for me and the one in Il is over 7.
The one in IL is an official bowhunting.com production. The one in Erie is a bunch of buddies getting together for some fun.
This is gonna be a good gtg this yr. Ferg & myself have been given the green light to put this thing together. If there's something you guys want to do/see there let us know. We have a preliminary schedule set up and some competetive shoots. There should be a fair amount of prizes also to boot. You might not know who will show up to this shin dig. We will have an informational post set up very soon giving details, location, camping & hotel info, airport & pick up details. We hope this will be the biggest & most successful gtg yet, and we'll see who gets the first speeding warning from the campground sheriff!
Hank, didnt we talk about some kind of Bow card game that you host at your house at the last G2G?? sounds like fun, is it a possability for the G2G? Ferg/Hank??
Yep, that is definitely one of the games we'll have. Basically, it's 5 card poker. U shoot at 5 cards, take down what u stick and the next guy goes. At the end of the day, the highest hand wins or gets to pick the prize first. and there will be some nice prizes.
ATTA BOY HANK Another suggestion...one i have participated in before several times. It may not be able to be done so easily in the open country at Garden prairie club but what im talking about is in my are called a smoker round. Targets are setup and made tough with obstacles in the way you have to lean around to shoot, ridiculous yardages, An Iron target and so on. Your allowed only one arrow and you go in and do your best. most of the time you dont make it all the way through. its a blast. just a suggestion!!
