Ok so I was out in an area that is a huge bedding area. Around an acre or so. I don't go into this area much and when I do its usually just passing through and not really paying much attention so that I don't see something that sparks my interest to go in. I have to do that sometimes or I get over excited and mess something up on accident. I guess its my form of self control. I was planning on setting out some apple trees and persimon trees. I noticed some trees as I passed through this time and on further investigation I found that it is a bunch of pursimon trees!!! Woo Hoo!! No wonder the deer love this place. They have fruit on them right now. Here are a few pics. Just thought I would share this with everyone. Notice the big round dead grass area. I have seen as many as 5 does get up and take off out of this area when passing through.
Ive known they were bedding there since before I started hunting last season. I just now realized why they love it so much.
