Me and my wife both purchased new hoyt nitrum a few months back, the pro shop recommend the fuse 5 pin sights. Now both of us are having a real hard time keeping our bows sighted in. We will shoot get it sighted maybe one other trip out its in but shortly after they are off a few inches again. This process has been over about 300 shots and we had it retuned after 200 shots or so. Thanks for any advice just didn't know if it's still the new bow setting or possibly the sights just being lower quality.

Depending on how much you shoot it could be the string and cables stretching and getting set in but unless you only shot less than 100 arrows it shouldn't be that. I have a sword sight and I will say it's the best sight I've ever owned and it only $60. Extremely solid and well built.

How long have you been shooting? It really could be you guys if you are new to archery. You are getting used to shooting and used to your new equipment. If you are not new, disregard all that lol.

I doubt it's the sight, I have had $20 Walmart Truglow sights in the past that worked fine other than being cheap plastic. It could be strings settling in but Hoyt has ok strings these days.
