If I can get my vacation approved I'll get two weeks off in the middle of September

That's awesome! I am hoping that I will get to take some time late October. I was looking at the work schedule and did notice that I have back to back 3 day weekends the first two weeks of the season so that will be awesome!

Oh for sure! I went down to our indy property to check cams this past weekend and now I need Oct 1st to get here. When I go plant the food plots at the end of August it will be torture knowing I still have a month to go.

It looks like we have a pretty solid team! I had crappy luck with cams last year. We had ehd hit us in 2 of the 3 places I mainly hunt and our herd suffered bad. We passed everything that we wouldn't pay to have mounted and it really did pay off. Going to check cams soon but we got a late start running them this year so no pics yet.

yea we were running a mixed bag of Moultrie, bushnell, wild game, and stealth cams. out of 12 cameras only about 4 were taking decent pics. but with a decimated herd they were not that active. I'll post some pics of a couple of last year's bucks that we know survived.

I am running 4 cameras right now and just got a new one over the weekend that I will get out this week. I had 3 cameras crap out on me this summer and 2 stolen.

these are two confirmed survivors from last year according to our farmer. the second one doesn't score that high but we have a special history and believe me he is a TANK. He's probably 270 on the hoof. We call him Arnie after Arnold Schwarzenegger. Lol he's that big. First one of just the headgear is a guy I've never seen on hoof. we have a couple videos of him but he likes to elude the camera. He's got 16 scorable points. I call him Oscar cause of all the trash he has. Arnie the bully ran him out last year though. So Arnie is number 1on the list.

I have had the worst season in years when it comes to trailcams so far. I really only have one buck on film and he is a small 3x4 that would probably go 115. Hoping that a few of the bigger boys from last season return here at some point.

I will be back at the farm next week to get a bunch of stands hung so I will check all my cameras then. Hopefully I will finally get some pictures!

Alright I know it is early but since we do seem to have the bulk of the team already checked in anyone want to start throwing out team name suggestions?
