Anyone know a good Land Broker or Realtor?

I'm seriously considering buying some hunting land for next season. I'm getting REALLY frustrated with sitting on public land and seeing NOTHING. I'm sure I'll get it figured out... but I'm frustrated for sure!!

Another option is to simply lease some good local hunting ground. Find a landowner/farmer with some decent deer habitat and offer to lease the rights to hunt for the going rate in your area. It'll give you sole access to a great place to hunt with no taxes and maintenance issues to deal with and obviously be more cost effective than buying land.
And don't rule out knocking on doors to get permission to hunt. There are still plenty of folks who are willing to let someone thin out the deer herd provided they are approached at the right time and treated courteously. Nearly all of my best spots over the years have been private farmland that I've simply asked permission to hunt on.
