    Not much for crops around us. There's a couple fields around 20-30 acres south and east of us, but that's it. We're pretty close to being big woods.

    I'll have to do a little artwork with Google Earth to show you what we have. Hard to explain.

    Thanks for the info Tyni.

    You mentioned the travel corridors between plots. That is one thing I want to look at is a couple plots in key locations based on travel between them.

    No need to stop! I love hearing the ideas!

    If you have mostly woods, IMO plant all you can!! They aren't going to be heading anywhere else to eat if you have everything they want on your land. I'd say the more the merrier!

    Agree. The problem is, places to plant. Its flat, clay and full of trees. Holds lots of water when its wet. Large equipment to start the plots can be a problem.
