    Very cool.

Now do you do something now to discourage them from coming around your home in the future? Just wondering.

Well between the three dogs and that rooster who kept the cubs up the tree, so far she hasn't been back. But we make sure to keep the 'attractive' garbage etc inaccessible and if she makes a return visit it may be she'll get a bit of 8 1/2 shot in the rump for a little incentive to git goin'. BTW - she was very mellow and tolerant of me when I was telling her she had to get her cubs and move on from about 50ft away with no woofs or jaw snaps at all - only anger she showed was towards that rooster when he got within 10 yards and crowing away. But no way are you going to see me intentionally between her and her cubs.
--Also it does look like she is turning into a nuisance bear though there may be another with 2 cubs(possible she lost one last week) that has been raiding the garbage cans at the neighbors across the creek and at the ski hill condos.
