i am the dir of player development for the chicago bears. the name is a bit misleading and most ask if i am like a trainer for the guys.... well, sort of. i "train" the guys in all of the off-the-field matters. we break it down into four core areas: 1. Financial Education - spending, saving and investing wisely 2. Career Planning - what are you going to do after football 3. Continuing Education - finishing your degree or getting additional education 4.
