I just tilled up the garden today for my wife. Every year when I am doing that all I can think about is fresh salsa Any good fresh salsa recipies out there?
I use about 12 tomatoes, 2 jalapenos, 2 chili peppers, 4 habaneros, half of a red onion, lime juice, some of the juice from a jar of spicy pickles for the vinegar, a bunch of cilantro, chilli pepper, sea salt, fresh ground pepper and a little sugar and dont grind it up to much in the food processor (I dont like it runny)
Looks like a good recipe you got there...love me some fresh salsa....my Mom actually has her own business producing/selling salsa among some other things...I eat a lot of it :D
Try that same general recipe but throw some of those pickles in along with the juice....try basic dill juice and pickles if you are not into hot stuff....gives it a good flavor especially with the hot peppers in there Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I727 using Tapatalk 2
