Does anybody else have this in there state? If I harvest a deer on these days does it count towards my yearly limit? I dont see anything in the regulations that talks about it in depth. [IMG]

Here in Tenn., they have one 'free' day of hunting. It is usually the first day of squirrel season, which is one month before deer season.

We don't have a "free" hunting day here in Missouri that I know of, but they do have a "free" fishing day where you can fish without a license.

this is just regarding not having to have a license.

all other game laws, season dates, bag limits, etc apply..

Its clearly telling licensed hunters that they can take an unlicensed resident hunting.

Pretty cool concept! I have heard about it for fishing, but never for hunting.
