My good buddy Ryan, who has been hunting with me for years, and the one who's trail camera caught all those mineral lick pics of Freak Daddy last year, recently brought over his memory card to check on my CP.

As you can imagine, the level of excitement in the room was beyond belief...and we were all pumped to finally see those 2009 Freak Daddy pics...

Well, after a couple hundred pics, no Freak Daddy

    But,

He did get pics of an absolute STUD 11 point that has potential beyond belief, and way to many similarities to FD to ignore. This buck is either a direct offspring or a brother through the mother...he could pass as a twin to the rack FD carried in 2007 as a 2.5 year old (thats how wold we think this deer is as well).

These pics were taken at the sanctuary mineral lick where all the FD pictures were taken. The number of mature bucks that have come to this lick is beyond crazy...around 10 in the last 2 years.

Great looking buck. Very nice mass for his age!

Also, those are very crisp photos.

Are you saying that this guy gets a pass if he sits down 20 yards in front of you? Just curious. Either way, he is sweet.

I would kill another deer and leave its head in Quicksilver's bed, after all he is the "Deerfather".

    Awesome buck guys!

That is a stud buck. You definitely have some great genetics running around your area.
