How much will I lose if I take my poundage down about 5 or so?

i would try it and see. it would be well worth it to be able to draw and hold back comfortably and over all be more accurate

I bought 400 spine arrows and everyone is saying that I am under spined so instead of buying new arrows I think I am going just turn down my bow a little.

usually arrow companys have a chart that you can look up your DL and DW to see what you need. i would check that and if what people have been telling you is right see what DW you need to be at with your DL

Won't lose much off speed. I assume that's what you mean. Probably 7-10fps. I know when I went from 60lb to 55lb I didn't even move my sights.

Definitely depends on your set-up. Worth it though because you would much rather be comfortable than to be pulling to much. It want move it a lot though, draw length is the big one.

I went from 64# to 57# and never had to move my sight. Still accurate up to 40 yards.
