I know what you mean now with typing in things on the bottom. You had a lot of words going by on that ticker at the bottom.
yeah, I learned later you could slow them down but it's still not great. Not sure what the best way is to put in a few sentences in iMovie without distracting to much from the video. In the end I'm really just documenting the hunts for myself and friends. I'm not going to start a show I'll leave that to you
Yeah i saw you can slow it down. I was looking for ways to add sentences in. If i find anything better ill let you know. Ill probably mostly be showing to friends and family but i want to make it the best i can. Id like get good enough to get on the BHOD pro staff. If not thats fine but thats my goal.
Cool. I'm trying to make them nice but also showing the whole hunt. Some people complain that my videos are to long and they just want to see the game to down. I'm trying to build up to the kill and then Peter off to a nice ending. What do you think of music in these videos? I try to find cool song that I think work with these videos but not have music the whole time. I like to hear the woods. That one thing I don't like about the "Nock On" bow hunting show. Great show and Dudley and family are great with their bows but the heavy metal music blasting during a stalk or hunts does not work at all IMO. I've always wanted to film the cleaning and quartering process as well but speed it up for the video. Did you check out that Macmost.com site I posted? The guys real good at showing you how to do stuff with our macs.
Yeah i like the music. Where do you get it from. I trying to find stuff to put into videos once i start making them. I dont mind long videos as long as its quality. I think ill have longer videos. I plan on filming a little interview driving to the stand, maybe film the walk in, and then get footage while in the tree. Thats how i want it to come together lol. I did check it out they have a lot of helpful stuff on there if im confused about something i can usually find the answer on there.
Yep. I find a lot of new music listening to pandora or ill use good songs you don't hear any more. I film most of me walks I and out of the woods incase something jumps out but rarely use them. My buddy and I split up the other day going into the woods for afternoon hunt and he shot at a some hogs with his 30/30 and the rest of them came running through the Woods my way and came right around me in front of me behind me, it was fantastic but I didn't have my video on and that would've been so cool to have an tape so from now on I always have my video running while I walk.
Do you download stuff through iTunes then move it into the video? That would be really cool to catch the hogs running at you. I dont know what i would record though if they were in front and behind me lol.
