Found a good one Thursday!

    Went out getting to know the area thursday after work... I came up to some state land and decided to take a walk even though there wasnt much wintertime deer sing. Glad I did when I saw this!

    This shed measured 68 2/8" with only a 16 7/8" main beam! I'm guessing there was about 6" busted off while he was in velvet. It measured 5 7/8" between the G3 and G-4. I still feel like I won the lottery! lol:lol:

    Does anyone know what causes the (bullet hole) look in their antlers I have seen many with that same hole and always wondered what caused it? :confused:
