Congrats on the find buddy! I got out for 6 hours around Starved Rock and didn't really find anything. Buddy found a small 3 point and 1 skull. Did find about 5 dead but all missing heads already.

Plan to be back out somewhere tomorrow. Now to figure out where!

    GREAT FIND!!! :tu:

An "As They Lay" shed picture like that, really tempts me to go after my arch-nemesis, standing corn stalks to find more sheds.

Good luck finding the other half.

    I'm guessing 74.5".

    G1: 6"
    G2: 9"
    G3: 12"
    G4: 7"

    H1: 5.5"
    H2: 4.5"
    H3: 4"
    H4: 3.5"

    MB: 23"

Nice touch with the POG. I am diggin' my new monster buck slang being used. :D

Yeah, I am starting to impress myself, which isn't hard. ;) I shot a little high on the G3, but the rest of my measurements were pretty solid besides the main beam length.

I guess I am two for two. I was only an inch off of Gram's matching set he found. :tu:

Good luck Mechdoc finding that other side. I really hope you are able to score on that POG!

Like we were discussing the other day... The main beam is he hardest part of "scoring" a deer via photo.... :d

Yep. :D I was thinking that exact same thing when he posted up his scores.

The angle of the shed within the picture can really throw you off.
