i found this pic in my library and seen alot of people posting asking for form critiques so i figured i would too, lord knows i could use all the help i can get lol this pic isn't very recent but isnt old im working on pulling with my back alot more and notice a good difference this pic showed me i was pulling with my shoulders to much, a recent video would be alot better but this is what i got for now i'll work on getting a video.
