.....it was just to grab the recurve and fling some arrows down range.

I grabbed my Morrison recurve the other night and took it to the club and shot indoors at 20 yards. IT WAS A BLAST!!

No pressure of bulls eyes etc. just shooting. did well out of the gate SURPRISINGLY at that distance for me. I am a 10 to 15 yard guy myself with my confidence level.

Just thought I would share. It got contagious Once I shot a round or two a few of the guys wanted to try it out.......we all had a blast.

I never realized that I had never really enjoyed shooting, until I shot my first trad bow.

I know exactly how you feel.

I don't feel the "pressure of the bulls eyes", but the circles I run in take trad. target archery pretty seriously. There's always a healthy dose of pressure.

    Glad you had fun.

Schultzy, I will post a pic of it. It a breakdown model. The name escapes me. (SHAWNEE) possibly But it is butter smooth. First recurve I owned that is built to MY specs. And yes it is a good looking recurve too.

I bought it off a buddy of mine. He is a much longer draw length then me. His loss is my gain. He hooked me up.
