Have a dilemma, well not a dilemma, but I want to grab some opinions from everyone. I know it's all about how the arrow tunes with your bow and what not, but it's neat to hear people's takes on issues, especially when it comes to arrow and bow set ups. Here is what I'm looking at. I'm currently shooting GT Pro Hunter 7595 and love them, but I bought an Easton Hexx and am tinkering with it. Below is my bow set up and both arrow specs. Tell me what arrow you would shoot and why, or if you've done something similar with your set up and arrows. I'll chime in with my opinion later on, I've shot both of them for a couple days and am still waffling around. Bow - Hoyt CRX - 67lb draw with only loop and peep on string. 28.5 inch draw. Probably kicking the GTs out around 280-285 fps I think. GT Pro - shaft is 244.75gr. 340 spine. 100g tip, 11.5g insert, 30g fletch, 11.5g nock. Total arrow weight is 397.75. Easton Hexx - shaft is 217.25gr. 330 spine. 100g tip, 50g insert, 30g fletch, 9g nock. Total arrow weight is 406.25.
