I am new to the bow scene and have some questions.
I just but a brand new Parker TrailBlazer XP Outfitter Compound Bow, I have it setup at 31" Draw and will more than likely set it for 70lbs.
What kind of arrows should I shoot and what size?

Oh another question? When practicing, do I use a different tip?

Personally, I like to shoot straight arrows. And I have one tip for each arrow, most of the time.

But, everyone is different, so that is really all a matter of personal opinions.
I would suggest going to an archery dealer, with a range, and a place that they will help you out. Talk to them. see if they can help you out by letting you shoot different arrows, like carbon, and aluminum.
my personal choice is aluminum. But that is all on you.

When practicing, you do use a different tip. A field tip, rather than a broad head. You should probably just read up on the pros and cons of carbons and aluminums, and see which one will fit you the most. IMO.
