Do I believe??? For the most part, yes but like others are am prone to the errors of haste and will certainly commit spelling, grammar and syntax errors. Just remember, a preposition is something you should not end a sentence with.

That’s why I made a point of asking her before I ended the call for the location she was calling from because her lack of ability to speak clearly and lack of mastery of the English language made me think she was from some third world location where the people talk funny. She said she was from South Carolina so I guess I was right all along.

Out of my jurisdiction, I can't defend South Carolina or South Carolinians either. I did have one good SC experience, and that was when an officer let me off for speeding...that's it.
