Funny Scent-Lok had to design a pattern to work better than Mossy Oak Break-Up could. :D

    I find that quite amusing.

Well, I dunno how that is working out.

The pattern still has Mossy Oak Break-Up in it. That is the "camo" portion of the pattern from what I understand.

Either way, it certainly looks better than plain old Mossy Oak Break-Up. Which I am guilty of having and wearing. :D

Anyone think this pattern will be available without scentlok? Cheaper and probably just as effective if you hunt the wind

I must say.. it's a rather wild looking concept.. that has it's place like any camo pattern really.

But why does scent-lok continue to make garments for hunters and not bowhunters. I mean.. put some pockets in your suits already... scentblocker knows whats up.. why are they still in the stone-age with their suits designs.

    Dude.. seriously.

This is the pattern I was trying to describe months ago...When I got a sneak peak at it at my bow shop, I described it as "well it looks like strips of MOBU with a snow camo background"....now that it is out, I wasn't far off. I guess not everyone will fall for new gear, but I personally find it hideous....I guess it would make a good late season snow camo for yote hunting or something.

    Jeff, thanks for the clarification!

I guess I wasn't thinking outside the box enough, thinking you were talking about Scent-Lok and the royalties they are paying to Mossy Oak.

You took it that next step further and I smell what you are stepping in now! :D

I don't think it would work as well down here...the leaves haven't fallen till the season is over.....

Well the pattern's name is Mossy Oak Blend, so I'm sure it's a Mossy Oak pattern that they are indeed paying royalties on. This is ONLY a guess, but my guess is it's a pattern that Mossy Oak came up with for ScentLok. Only a theory though.

Yeah, that's the downside. It's a tad pricey, even for scentlok. But, it's also waterproof, which is SUHWEET! Also why it cost more......Gee, working in a pro shop does have it's advantages though. LOL

Yea, I saw this is one of my bowhunting magazines a few months ago. I like the looks of this pattern. I just hope it isn't just a scent lok thing and mossy oak makes it on more fabrics.

I have a set of Vertigo sitting in the backseat of my truck as we speak. Should be able to do a full write-up on it in the next week or two, as soon as I get over this stupid flu. Been in and out of the bathroom 50 times the past two days. Ugh.
