    I bet I killed more game with mechanical heads this year then you have killed in say the last five. I think I have pretty good handle on what they are and what they can and can’t do.

    I never claimed they were junk. I stated what maybe the most noted, and well published individual on blood tracking with dogs thought about them via our personal interactions while we tracked together.
    In fact I stated I disagreed with him.

    Five mechanical kills this year to be exact. I might not be done yet either. I am thinking of going and filling another tag. And also thinking about heading down to my favorite OTC desert mule deer unit after Christmas.

    Million of hunters use mechanicals every season millions of hunters use fixed blades plenty of room to find a bias, some choose to feel superior based on "found" outcomes and claim it as truth.

    I have used mechanicals and fixed and judged the results. I have never used both and denied the effectiveness of both. I get it it if you want to use fixed or mechanical I have never dismissed the beliefs of the opposite camp unlike others.

    I have also never bragged about Trump being in my grandfathers office and then denounced him when it became popular. Big Chief you can close it but fact check that, it's true.
