OK... for all of us that didn't follow or haven't followed or missed it... tell us the story. We really want to know and not guess. I can only assume you made Lt.... but I may be very wrong. By the way, last year I spent a week with 12 firemen from Ohio in fish camp in Canada. Well they weren't all firemen... just several of them. They belonged to an outdoor club/shooting club from the Dayton area. Funl loving crew for sure.
Story? Joined the local Volunteer department the week i turned 18. My family has a long history, im actually the 3rd generation on the department. That was in 2008. A few weeks ago they promoted me to Lieutenant. I liked the fire service so much that i decided to make a career out of it. I work full time EMS right now, and im currently in Paramedic school.
congrats on the promo. where U workn full time? privates or municipal? good luck in P school, best move I made for my career. Have U started lookin for full w/a city like cinn? Go where U can find the job, then apply where U wanna go. It's tough, everyone wants to be on the Job. New applicants have more & more credentials, lot of certs, degrees, etc. Stay safe Bro!
