Interesting read! Carrying something is better than nothing is the take-away. I carry a Ruger LCP (.380) for one reason, it is small. I don't like being inconvienenced by carrying a bulky sidearm. It stays in my truck's console when I'm not carrying. I keep it in a Desantis Nemesis front pocket holster and it stays in my right back pocket, sounds kinda odd but I carry a front pocket wallet/money clip. It is also chambered. Never understood people that carry and don't keep a round chambered. If I'm ever faced with a self-defense situation, I don't want to have to remember/fidget with chambering a round...just remembering to pull the damn trigger.
I also carry a .380. I have the Smith & Wesson Bodyguard 380. I carry in a iwb insider by desantis. Get tired of people telling me I need more gun.
