For some reason I've been eating the crap out of raisins lately.

And spinach since it's coming in strong in my garden.

I've also been going to the taco truck and getting 2 pork and 2 beef tongue tacos about twice a week. So freaking good.

    Pepper Jack Cheese.

    MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

Pepper jack cheese is a derivative of Monterey Jack cheese that combines spicy hot peppers for a zesty flavor. Spicy, delicate and buttery, pepper jack cheese is semi-soft and open textured with a slightly tart flavor.

Hooker, I have been eating a lot of spinach leaves lately myself. Brad, THANKS....hahaha. I have been trying to eliminate cheeses from my diet, but dang that cheese looks wonderful and I might have to eat some tonight with my wife's tacos and nachos.

Lets see....I've been eating a ton of asparagus & spinach from the garden. My daughter and I are in love with Honey Nut Cheerios for some reason and I've consumed about 3 tons of Easter candy that has been laying around.

Recently, I have returned to the foods of my youth: Skippy Peanut Butter, Rice and Raisons, Dutch Lettuce, and what we used to call hotdog boats (split hotdogs with mashed potatoes and cheese on top).
I still enjoy the korean lettuce wraps and other korean foods, but the first 4 on the list have been a priority.

Dude...that looks awesome! Me want some. :)

I've been eating mexican food like every 3 days for the past 2 months. I can't get enough. We're definitely heading out for cinco de mayo for some half price margaritas and mexican cuisine. Yum! :D

First I sprinkle some garlic powder on my venison steaks and chops then I marinate them in a can of coke for 24 hrs. Take them out and throw them on the grill. It is really simple and unbelievably good. The sugars from the coke help carmelize the steaks and the acids in the coke help tenderize the meat. Like I said I can not get enough of them.

So you just pour a can of coke on top of the steaks after you sprinkle the garlic powder, then let marinate for 24 hrs.? I thawed out about 15 lbs of venison last night and want to give some new recipes a try.

Monster Raxx, I just tried your recipe. Gonna give it a go tomorrow after it marinates. Thanks.
