I have an area I want to plant a small food plot. The problem is its on the other side of a creek & can't get anything over there to do away with the grass & weeds that's are there. Is there any weed killer or anything like that I can spray to kill the grass with out hurting the soil? It would probably be just 20x50 maybe.

Glyphosate should do the trick. Generic round up. Will kill grass and weeds but once it hits the dirt or water it's useless. Just don't get it on any plants you don't want to kill.
