Hey, I was out checking cameras today and came across an area that I would really want to put a plot in at. The only problem was that it is really over grown with some kind of plant that I have never seen before. The plot is in the woods that is in wetlands. So here is my question, does anyone know what this plant is? And how would you go about getting rid of it? uploadfromtaptalk1431031508200.jpg uploadfromtaptalk1431031572510.jpg uploadfromtaptalk1431031633166.jpg

Mow or weed whack. Then nuke with gly. Should take care of it.

I was thinking the same thing but couldn't it be dangerous to spray it? If you spray the weeds wouldn't the deer end up consuming it in the future and then in tern we would consume it?

Should not worry about that. Think about all the crops the deer eat that have insecticides and herbicides on them now. If that was a problem I would have been dead along time ago but then again that could explain my stunted growth and loss of hair. :p

Haha good point. Is there a favorite weed killer that guys who do a lot of food plots use?

Copperhead how long do you wait to plant after spraying with round up?
