It kinda surprises me how little action this part of the forum gets. I would have expected more interest in this area of hunting on a bow hunting website. Why do you think this area gets so little action? Maybe food plotters have other resources for getting all their plotting info. If so, lets post some resources to help others that might be interested in food plots.

I'll be willing to guess that as the food plotting season gets closer there will be a lot more action.

I don't think there are that many guys here that own their own hunting property and do food plots. Or they have tried it on a small scale in some out of the way location and gotten poor results and gave it up.

Not to drive away business here, but there is a ton of info and some hardcore food plotters here.

There's only been 203 threads in this subforum. That part of what caused me to question it. It's just getting that time to start planning.

X2...it truly is a mecca of food plot information. Look up Lickcreek over there. He's forgotten more about food plots than most of us will ever learn.

Yup, Lickcreek is the man when it comes to food plottin. I met at the Iowa Show a couple years ago. The nicest down to earth guy you'd ever want to meet. We talked for a good while, his booth was across the isle from ours.

That's pretty neat. I would love to pick his brain for an afternoon.

I would love to be able to participate in this section but as of right now I am stuck hunting only public land. Hoping that changes soon!
