Ive got zero ideas other than strong coffee, but please be careful out there. Your job is dangerous enough without being dead tired.

I googled it and it said salmon, avocado, almonds and blueberries. I don't know if that is for a quick fix or what you should eat daily to keep energy levels up. Good luck staying awake and hopefully someone else has a quick fix.

I like to eat the livers of my enemies when I'm feeling a bit weak.

Or just some fried chicken liver. :)

Crackers and fruit. Starch and natural sugar. Better to munch on a little over time for a steady supply of energy instead of a blood sugar spike and crash that comes with a meal.

Stay hydrated, not too much caffeine because when it wears off the crash will be nasty. Fresh air and keep the blood flowing-frequent walks.

I'm with you on this one..I'm on night 5 of a seven night 12 hour shift week. 5 hour energy helps...good sleep during the day which doesn't normally happen...I've found working nights what helps is you have to eat a lot of healthy food to help counter all the bologna...then again maybe just getting a different shift would help...I'm glad its quiet at the plant...for now!
