Just curious if the area that you live in has special food events? I've only been here in NC since July and this week is "Triangle Restaurant Week". I'm having a very hard time deciding if I want to participate, and if I do, where the heck I want to go tonight haha. Basically there are a whole bunch of restaurants that participate in having 3 course meals for $20-$30 a person when they would typically be much more. Take a look and help me decide! pretty sure we have some type of food event every week since I live in LA. We have a similiar restaurant week. I always take advantage of it to try new places so if they suck I know I didn't pay full price.

We have "devour downtown" here in Indy. It goes on for quite some time and most all of the resturaunts participate in it. They offer some really good discounts too. Problem is that is can be hard to find a table.
