    Had to go with Timber... I hunt n Northern MN for the most part, and there isn't a whole lot else there

    Depends. Corn, about 1-2 weeks after picking (especially if picked around November here). Acorns would be a close second.

    Food plot wise...clover and rye.

    In the south its timber all the way, near bedding though.

    Depends on when during the season you are talking about. The deers food preferance is constantly changing and so is their bedding areas.

    You just have to pay attention and keep up.

    Voted for CRP, just cause they eat it and bed in it, so they can walk to the field to feed, or walk out of field to move to a different area.

    I wish I had an actual crop to hunt... :(

    Acorns is about as good as I get, when we have em. Not looking to good this year so far on my land.
