I shot them from a PSE Stinger 3G set at 27" draw and 64# draw, and they worked great. Very good flying arrows and good price for them.

I have nothing but great things to say about my FMJ's. They crush bone, they fly like darts, and they are some tough arrows! It's also nice that they are made in the USA if you are into supporting that kind of thing.

I'm happy with my fmj, like the extra weight for higher momentum. Very durable, and fly great. Won't be changing anytime soon.

I shoot the 400s - my draw weight and length is the same as yours. I love them! They are very smooth, very quiet, and pack a punch.

I use them for both hunting and practice but limit the groups I shoot - not trying to be Robin Hood at that price.

If they are anything like the Axis, they will be a deadly arrow. I personally wouldn't shoot them because of the potential for the aluminum in them to become bent. Back in the 1990's, I lost the Canadian 3-D Championship by 1 point because the guy that shot after me bumped my arrow in the target. Used the same arrow on the final target of the tournament, watched it flop it's way into the 8 ring(barely) on a simple 25 yd shot. Back then I was shooting ACC'S

I have the same draw weight and length as you and I shoot the 400s and I like them a lot. They are very durable, I killed a deer with one last fall and it will probably kill a turkey this spring and another deer next fall. They are absolutely deadly and have very good penetration. They are also easy to pull out of targets

I shoot them and I love them They are quiet, they fly straight and hit hard. You will love them if you buy them. The Lost Camo ones look really good too.

Just stopped by the Archers nook after work an picked up 6 of those arrows and some field points. Can't wait to get out and try them out. Now I just need to find a good broad head. I got them in a 400 with 100gr field points.. Thanks again for all the info everyone

With the metal jacket, does that mean these arrows can be bent like aluminum arrows?

They are a carbon core with a 7075 alloy metal jacket on the outside. I have yet to have one of mine bend or break. I don't know if any others have had one bend or not but that's just my experience with them. Great arrow it's going to be hard for me to switch to something else. The only reason I would switch is for a lighter arrow for 3d shoots.

Thank you for relaying your experience with them nsimmons. They look like great shafts, and for hunting I like the weight (we have to have 6gr per lb here). I do quite a bit of stump shooting during the summer, that`s why I was asking about them bending.

Good arrows, shot them before i switched to cx maxima blue streaks. Although i will be using FMJs with muzzy MX-3s on my Grizzly hunt early may. Havin a bit of a heavier arrow is nice. I bought a brand new block black target and shootin the FMJs with 100 gr fieldtips, the arrows were comin out the back of mt target about 6"... Unreal penetration with the weight and slim dia. Of those arrows! You'll like them!
