Manfrotto 701HDV is what I used when I ran that form factor of a camera and what I still use today. It is an older discontinued head. The Manfrotto 502 would be the current "equivalent".

Another option might be the Manfrotto BeFree.

I have a co-worker that uses a Manfrotto 700RC2 on his similar sized camera. The head isn't as smooth as other options, but he seems to like it.

I cannot speak for other brands. I buy Manfrotto stuff only because I have had such good luck with the brand over the years.

Manfrotto BeFree is such a small and lightweight head its perfect for packing and works rather well with a setup like that.

I use the BeFree on my 4th arrow stiff arm and a G30, works great!
